Studia Historiae Scientiarum, Diamond Open Access and No Article Processing Charges

Many journals recommend themselves loudly as peer-reviewed (fully) open access journals.

However, in most cases this turns out to be a great illusion, because they are only open to their readers who pay nothing, while their authors or the institutions employing them are usually forced to pay usually very high “Article Processing Charges” and/or, albeit much less often, “Article Submission Charges”.

In contrast to such marketing strategies, the journal Studia Historiae Scientiarum is a non-business, peer-reviewed, diamond full open access journal, i.e. free of charges and embargo delay both for authors and readers.
